It works! Sort of… Video can be found here: @OJengineering-r6l

Here is an update on the progress of my Ender 3 Pro stator winder, I am trying to find a cost effective solution to replacing stator winding. The process takes months and costs $1000s of dollars. The goal is to have something any motorcycle or motor enthusiast can use to cheaply fix shorted coils. Using an Ender 3 Pro as an xyz platform, I made a python program that can export a gcode file generated from parameters entered by the user. When printed it will pause, to load wire and run in a rectangle shape around the stator, increasing and decreasing in height to distribute the wire.

Issues and bugs… I want to implement a resistivity equation into the program that can take gauge and target ohm values to work out the amount of wire needed, fix the flimsy clear piece so the wire can have more tension and cleaner wrapping. The bending of the clear pipe is stopping the wire from wrapping along the top giving it a larger coil width at the bottom.
