2 Traced around image with arcs and then extruded a solid and saved as STL file

3 Load plate in Orca Slicer with model

4 Emboss letters directly onto plate in Orca

5 Print solid models with X-Max 3

6 Add custom paint

7 Arrange emblem pieces on a base plate and glue together
