Dryer cabinet - test

I've been working on transforming an Ikea cabinet into a dryer of some sorts, so far this is my set up, I have ran it for a couple of days and dropped the humidity down to around 24%. I'm hoping to get it down to 20%.

Right now I'm struggling with how to achieve this with what I have, which is a tiny ceramic heater and 12v fan combo and an inkbird, temperature/hydrometer model which didn't have the programming capabilities I wanted it to. It seems to have only the capability to control temperature for S1 and humidity for S2.

What I want is for the temperature and fan control to be based off of what the humidity is. For example if humidity is high run temperature high fan on, if humidity is low cycle fan x minutes, x times per hour at lightly above room temperature.
