Ok so I'm brand new to 3D printing.. and I have an idea.

Basically there is a self watering technique I want to use for my plants inside called wicking using a string/wick to keep the soil hydrated.. I'm thinking of just having a container to the side, strong to the plant and then int the soil, but I need the "into the soil" bit 3D printed.. like a spike.. I think. Example attached, but I have no clue how to design at all, not even a program let alone how to make it printable.

Sorry I'm so green to this but I'm hoping for some help here?
