Is PLA Safe for Car Ventilation Parts with Hot Air?

I recently 3D-printed some ventilation parts for my car's ventilation channels. Note: I like to blast hot air during winter when I first get in the car.

I used PLA for these prints, but I'm wondering if it's safe to use given the exposure to high temperatures and the potential for fumes. Are there any risks associated with using PLA in this context? Should I consider printing the parts in a different material that's more heat-resistant?
