I'm ready to quit and be a goat farmer

The problem from the photo is happening to every print ever and I don't know how to stop it. Trying to keep all the info short and sweet, but I really wanna scream and beat this printer with a bat and never touch a slicer again.

Prusa i3 printer, PLA 1.75 filament, prusa slicer with standard settings.

Was printing perfectly. I had to replace the hot end due to rogue filament damaging the wires. Everything I've done since ends up like in the photo.

I have: -cleaned everything -recalibrated XYZ -played with different z-step heights -tried different temps from 200-215 degrees -tried different flow rates from 95-115 -tried different print speeds from 80-100 -changed the filament -tried different print files

I just want to get my life back and for this thing to print again 😭 please tell me there's some stupid thing I'm overlooking.
